1. WHAT IS THE STARTING TIME AND ENDING TIME OF THE CENTRE?
Start time is 1pm and end time is 7pm. Check the Study Timetable here. After 7pm we will charge RM10 per 30 minutes late pick up fee which is payable directly to the centre or teacher in charge. Please inform the centre if you wish to pick up your child early.
2. DROP OFF & PICK UP.
In order to assure the safety of your child. We ask our teacher to stand by at the main entrance to receive your child. For pick up, we encourage parents to walk up to pick up your child personally.
3. WHO CAN PICK UP YOUR CHILD?
Parents & guardian may authorize other people to drop off or pick up your child. Your child will be released only to person listed on the authorization form. Parents will inform the centre of the days the alternate person will drop off or pick up the child. The alternate person will show identification at the front desk before proceeding to pick up the child.
4. IS LUNCH/DINNER PROVIDED? ANY TEA-BREAK?
Yes, Balanced meals, tea & fruits are served.

-We focus on more healthy choices, with varieties of mixed vegetables, meat and soup with rice /noodles. And yes, we have biscuits, bread, cake, milo and etc in our centre for tea break. Please contact us to find out more.
5. IS THERE SHOWER FACILITY IN THE CENTRE? DO I NEED TO BRING ANY TOILETRIES?
Yes, of course. But you will need to prepare 5 set of clothes (1 week) for your child . There will be a cabinet for your child to put his/her things.
You will need to prepare own toiletries for shower & hair wash.
6. WHAT IS THE CLASS SIZE?
It’s a small class, with maximum of 10 students.
7. ARE THERE ANY ANNUAL HOLIDAYS?
Yes, We are closed during weekends and public holiday for example, CNY and etc.
8. IS THERE ANY FREE TRIAL CLASS?
Yes, you can try one class first before joining our programme. However, you will need to register first. If you decided not to join us after the trial, the registration fee will be refunded.
9. WITHDRAW & NOTICE.
Parents are required to submit a 30 days notice or monetary equivalent when a child is withdrawn from the centre.
10. CHILD’S PROGRESS.
Monthly assessment report will be given. Or parents can communicate with the teachers to understand more.
11. COMMUNICATION.
Yes, communication is essential as we work together to meet the needs of your child. Please call, if you have any questions. We need & welcome your input.
12. MEDICATION.
No Medication, whether prescription or non-prescription will be administered to a child without written parental authorization. Permission to administer medication forms are included in the registration form. Medication should be handed to the teacher. All medication must be in the container with the child’s name printed clearly on the label.
13. Enrollment
Our daycare accepts children from the age of 6 Years old to 12 Years old.
14. IMPORTANT NOTE….ILLNESS
Child will be send home , If:
- fever above 38 °C
- uncontrolled diarrhea
- vomiting (2 or more times)
- purulent conjunctivitis
- HFMD
- chicken pox (until 6 days after onset of rash or until all lesions have dried & crusted.
If your child becomes ill while at the centre, you will be called to pick up your child as soon as possible.
15. HOW TO PAY THE FEES?
You can choose to pay by cash before 7th of every month.
